Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and own the external product narrative, including AI enablement. The role anchors on leveraged people problems and helps ensure high-quality decisions across the org.
You will design and run leadership rhythms, co-manage hiring and budgets with HR and Finance, and drive AI initiatives while shaping executive communications. This position supports a remote-first, nationwide U.S. footprint.
