Job description
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and drive strategic bets across the org. You will own people rhythms, external narrative, and AI-enabled processes while partnering with HR, Finance, and Tech Ops to maintain momentum.
You will help reduce decision latency, shape governance, and ensure high-quality execution as Affirm grows. Remote-first with some in-office needs.
