Job description
The California Wellness Foundation seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to support the Vice President of Programs in the Grants Program Department. This leadership role oversees strategy, grantmaking, staffing, and operations, acting as a senior partner to drive the VPP's vision.
The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus travel across California to connect with communities from our Los Angeles or Oakland offices.
