About the Role
We are seeking a highly hands-on Head of Sales Operations to help build the operating system behind the evolution of our global sales organization. Working closely with the Global Head of Sales, you will combine strategic leadership with practical execution, driving improvements in sales effectiveness through data, systems, reporting, and process optimization. This role leads a small team while remaining an active contributor who is comfortable building solutions directly within Salesforce, Gong, and related sales technologies.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the Global Head of Sales and sales leaders globally on key priorities, operating challenges, and opportunities to improve execution.
* Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and friction affecting sellers and managers, and develop practical solutions.
* Improve how Sales operates internally and how it works with functions that directly affect the sales motion, including Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and RevOps.
* Bring structure to ambiguous problems and help move important initiatives from discussion to execution.
* Simplify processes where possible while introducing greater discipline and accountability where it improves performance.
* Personally design and build the Salesforce and Gong reporting environment used to manage the global sales business.
* Create visibility into new business, renewals, pipeline creation, seller activity, opportunity progression, campaigns, win rates, sales cycles, deal size, aging, and other key sales metrics.
* Translate management questions into dashboards and reporting at rep, manager, regional, and global levels.
Requirements
* Strong experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Effectiveness, or a similar role supporting a complex sales organization.
* Demonstrated experience personally building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
* Experience using Gong or similar platforms to understand and improve sales execution.
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales, including new business, renewals, pipeline management, forecasting, activity,
