Seen Health is seeking a Chief of Staff in Los Angeles to partner with the executive team. The role focuses on mapping current workflows, designing scalable operating systems, and creating an actionable playbook used across the company.
You will connect every function, with influence but no direct authority, and drive adoption of standardized processes. You will own the operating cadence, drive weekly and quarterly planning, and ensure information flows efficiently.
