Job description
BrightStar Care is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and a key connector across the ELT and Board. The role will translate priorities into action, align initiatives, and drive execution with disciplined operating rhythm.
Hybrid work is available with significant in-office presence in the Dallas area. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate Board materials, and support enterprise planning, including the Annual Operating Plan.
