Job description
The Chief of Staff at YWCA El Paso del Norte Region is a senior strategic and operational partner to the CEO. You will translate the CEO’s priorities into coordinated organizational action, strengthen accountability across divisions, monitor financial, programmatic, and governance commitments, and ensure timely follow-through.
The role collaborates closely with the CFO, executive leaders, the Board, and external partners.
