Job description
Allswell Health Medical Group in San Francisco is seeking a Chief of Staff to be the CEO’s right hand across strategy and execution. You will own priorities, coordinate major hires, and shape the company narrative for partners and the board.
You’ll work on strategic planning, cross-functional 0-to-1 initiatives, and internal operations, driving hiring and ensuring timely decision-making. This role offers significant ownership from day one in a rapidly growing, LGBTQ+ focused health platform.
