Sphinx invites a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO, spanning sales, GTM, marketing, product, operations, people, and strategy. You’ll take the founder’s plate and own it or drive it to a final decision with speed and clarity.
You’ll see the work through from strategy to execution, build scalable processes, and shape teams as Sphinx grows from a small start-up to a larger organization. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment.
