Job description
Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function. You will anchor the external narrative, own strategic bets, and lead cross-functional execution with design, engineering, and analytics.
In this role you’ll design rhythms, co-manage hiring and performance pipelines, drive AI enablement, and prepare executive briefings to reduce decision latency. A background in senior product or CoS roles at high-growth tech is required.
