Position Overview

Position Overview

Insight Global's client is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and partner closely with executive leadership on enterprise transformation initiatives.

 • Build Steering Committee (SteerCo), executive review, and technology forum presentations

 • Create and maintain transformation charters, one-pagers, roadmaps, and governance artifacts

 • Gather input from business and technology leaders and synthesize information into executive-ready content

 • Develop, mature, and maintain transformation metrics, KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks

 • Partner with leaders across the organization to track value delivery and strategic initiative progress

 • Consult with stakeholders to collect, validate, and challenge information supporting transformation objectives

 • Maintain milestone tracking, reporting packages, and executive reporting deliverables

 • Support governance reviews, planning activities, and organizational transformation efforts

 • Assist with standing up and maturing Transformation Office capabilities, processes, and reporting structures
