University of Minnesota seeks a Chief of Staff for the Division I Women’s Basketball program to drive strategic and operational success. The role focuses on external relations, donor engagement, NIL/revenue sharing, and partner development to strengthen support for the program.
The position supports student-athlete development, works with marketing, fundraising, and athletics leadership, and helps build community connections and partnerships while reporting to the head coach.
