Job description
The University of Minnesota seeks a Chief of Staff for its Division I Women's Basketball program to handle external facing operations, donor and NIL activities, and partnership development. This role supports the WBB General Manager and coach, coordinating with fundraising, marketing, and compliance to grow support for the program.
Ideal candidate will have a background in marketing/development within athletics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate NCAA rules.
