Job description
Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking the Chair of Surgical Specialties to lead the clinical vision, service line performance, and physician leadership across surgical disciplines. This role drives strategic planning, perioperative optimization, and access while advancing safety, quality, and financial stewardship.
The Chair partners in a dyad leadership model to optimize OR and ASC capacity, workforce strategy, and collaboration with hospital operations, anesthesia, and care management.
