Job description
Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting a full-time Chief for the Urology Division to lead clinical and administrative operations, craft a strategic growth plan, mentor staff, and drive quality initiatives.
The Chief will oversee a multidisciplinary team across CHA’s Cambridge, Somerville and Everett locations, partner with surgical leadership, and advance a robust clinical program with state-of-the-art technology and an HMS appointment.
