Job description
Smokeball seeks a visionary VP of Implementation & Support to unite onboarding, migrations, training, and support into one high-impact function. You’ll own end-to-end client start-up, drive adoption, and guide the journey to long-term value while building scalable teams and processes.
You’ll lead multi-layered teams, set metrics, partner with product/engineering, and champion client success across Smokeball’s SaaS ecosystem.
