Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage day-to-day business operations while supporting the company’s continued growth in the U.S. market. COO will report to CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across US Branch
Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure
Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
Manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency
Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships
Support major artist, production, and business initiatives
Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience
Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations
Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred
Bilingual in English & Korean
