Job description
KIPP North Carolina Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Chief Operating Officer to lead our statewide Operations Team in pursuit of operational excellence.
This role requires 10+ years in progressive operational leadership, deep K-12 knowledge, and a track record of building systems, coaching managers, and partnering with diverse stakeholders to improve student outcomes. Travel within NC is expected; a hybrid work model is offered with in-person and remote work.
