Job description
Sands Anderson PC in Richmond, VA seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead non-legal operations, report to the President and Board, and drive strategic direction across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Recruiting, Facilities, and Operations.
The COO will supervise Directors and senior leaders, shape organizational priorities, ensure operational excellence, and guide growth initiatives while partnering with the Board to execute the firm’s long-term plan.
