Description
A growing wholesale children's apparel division is seeking a polished, corporate-level Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full ownership of operations and help scale the business. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced executive who can bring structure, discipline, and strategic execution to a fast-growing environment.
Operating within a larger, established wholesale company, this role offers the opportunity to build and lead a division while leveraging existing infrastructure and resources.
What You'll Do
Oversee all company operations, including production, logistics, and internal processes
Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and operational systems
Lead and manage Human Resources, including hiring, performance management, and team development
Build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth
Drive operational efficiency and accountability across departments
Align operations with sales, production, and overall business strategy
Partner with ownership on high-level planning and execution
