Sarnova is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to help shape the future of a market-leading healthcare organization serving healthcare providers, emergency medical professionals, and first responders nationwide.

Sarnova is seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to help shape the future of a market-leading healthcare organization serving healthcare providers, emergency medical professionals, and first responders nationwide.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will partner in setting enterprise strategy while ensuring the organization possesses the operational capabilities necessary to achieve its long-term growth objectives.

This role carries responsibility for the performance, scalability, and strategic development of Sarnova's operating platform, encompassing supply chain, distribution, customer operations, engineering, manufacturing, contract manufacturing partnerships, and product lifecycle execution.

The Role

The Chief Operating Officer serves as the executive leader responsible for converting strategy into execution across the organization.

Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will ensure Sarnova continues to strengthen its competitive position through operational discipline, innovation, disciplined capital allocation, and organizational capability building.

The COO will provide leadership across a complex operating environment while balancing growth, profitability, customer experience, regulatory requirements, and organizational effectiveness.

This Executive Will Be Entrusted With

Establishing and executing enterprise operating strategy

Strengthening organizational and leadership capability

Driving operational performance and productivity

Accelerating innovation and product commercialization

Expanding infrastructure to support future growth

Evaluating and integrating strategic acquisitions

Enhancing enterprise value through disciplined execution and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise leader with experience leading large-scale operations in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated industries.

Candidates Should Possess

A track record of executive leadership within complex and growth-oriented organizations

Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement initiatives

Demonstrated success leading manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and customer-facing functions

Strong business and financial acumen with responsibility for large-scale operational performance

Experience supporting acquisition integration and organizational scaling efforts

The ability to build credibility with Boards, executive leadership teams, customers, partners, and investors

A reputation for developing exceptional leaders and building strong organizational cultures
