Job description
Revalorize Talent, a well-established family-owned property management and real estate company in the DC metro, is hiring its first true Chief Operating Officer who will run the company — service delivery, financial performance, the team, and the growth engine.
This role is not a caretaker seat. You will own the operation and translate the owner's vision into executable plans, lead weekly leadership, and manage budgeting, P&L, and vendor networks to scale efficiently.
