Job description
Roberts Resorts & Communities seeks a strategic HR leader to build and scale a complete People function across multiple sites in the Southwest. You will own talent acquisition, compensation, performance, and leadership development, partnering closely with the COO and site leaders.
You will lead a scalable HR operating system, drive workforce planning, analytics, and succession, ensuring strong culture and retention while guiding leaders with candor and accountability.
