Job description
Cara Staffing Inc in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a Chief of People & Culture (CPC) to oversee enterprise-wide HR governance and compliance. The CPC will collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership, ensuring a high-performing workforce capable of meeting regulatory and contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's in HR or Business. The position commands a salary of $160,000 to $180,000.
