Job description
Chimp Haven is seeking a Director of People and Culture to lead HR strategy, culture initiatives and people programs. This role reports to the CEO and sits on the SLT, guiding staffing, development and compliance in a humane sanctuary environment.
The position requires a decade of HR leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for mission-driven work. A hybrid work arrangement is possible in the Shreveport/Bossier City area, with a competitive benefits package.
