Job description
NKCAC seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to provide executive leadership of all human resources functions and workforce strategy. You will align people strategy with the agency’s mission, lead talent and organizational development, and ensure compliant, equitable employment practices across programs.
You will advise the CEO and Board on workforce trends, manage HR operations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS reporting, and guide culture and change initiatives across locations.
