Job description
StarPlus Energy, a Stellantis-Samsung SDI joint venture located in Kokomo, Indiana, seeks a CHRO to lead all HR functions and drive workforce strategy for growth in both transportation and energy storage markets.
The position reports to the JV CEO and Stellantis Battery PMO, overseeing labor relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning across a unionized environment while shaping a high-performance culture and compliant operations.
