Verndale, a digital experience agency, seeks a Chief People Officer to drive the professionalization of the people function across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. This executive will shape talent strategy, culture, and organizational design to sustain high performance while scaling globally.
Reporting to the CEO, the CPO will lead compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations, partnering with leaders to build a cohesive, growth-oriented organization.
