Job description
Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to translate strategy and farmer-owned values into a disciplined people system across a multi-site manufacturing organization.
The CHRO will set direction, establish policies, and ensure execution while balancing confidentiality, courage, and business acumen. Expect travel among locations and partnership with the CEO, Board, and executives to drive culture and performance.
