Job description
Jersey Digs is seeking a full-time Chief People Officer to lead human resources strategy and day-to-day personnel administration. You will partner with senior executives to shape employment policies, programs and pension/benefits administration, while promoting a positive workplace across all sites.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR management, a related bachelor’s degree, and preferably PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Strong communication skills at all staff levels are essential.
