Job description
Talent Harbor partners with a fast-growing behavioral health and social care organization operating across New York. We’re seeking a Chief People Officer to build and lead the HR function as the organization scales, owning people strategy across multiple entities and leading a team of four HR professionals.
This is a true build role: implement HR infrastructure, drive HRIS/payroll, lead benefits consolidation, and ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance.
