Job description
Stellantis is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead HR strategy for StarPlus Energy, a Stellantis-Samsung SDI joint venture located in Kokomo, Indiana. The CHRO will shape culture, talent, and workforce planning to support growth in both transportation and energy storage markets.
The role oversees all HR functions, partners with JV and Stellantis leadership, and drives labor relations, compliance, and high-performance practices to sustain competitive advantage.
