Job description
Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function with emphasis on process, compliance, and the full lifecycle. You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Training, Payroll & Benefits, Risk, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance across locations.
The role requires 10+ years of senior HR leadership, multi-location experience, and a strong grasp of employment law in a high-volume, hospitality/entertainment setting.
