Job description
St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission seeks an experienced HR Director to plan and direct human resources programs including policy development, workforce planning, and compensation and benefits administration.
The role reports to the Executive Director and oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or a Master’s with 3+ years, and PHR/SHRM certification.
