Job description
Monterey Bay Aquarium is seeking a senior leader to oversee the compliance, data infrastructure, and People & Culture functions, including Employee & Labor Relations, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and Volunteer & Intern programs. You will ensure consistent, equitable experiences and ground People Operations in data.
You will lead cross-functional design, manage goals and budgets, advise leadership on employment law, and partner with the VP on DEIA strategy to embed equity in operations
