Job description
BrightMeds seeks a Founding Pharmacist-in-Charge and Head of Pharmacy Operations to design, launch, and scale a next-generation sterile compounding pharmacy. You will lead regulatory readiness, quality systems, and nationwide expansion, while building the initial team and partnerships.
You will work directly with founders to establish staffing, technology, and SOPs, shaping operations from day one and ensuring patient safety and compliant growth across states.
