Mini Melts USA is seeking an Head of Plant Operations to own all aspects of the manufacturing facility—safety, quality, output, cost, and people—and set the strategy to fuel growth. This executive role carries end-to-end P&L accountability, leads the site's senior leadership, and communicates with the C-suite to align on capital plans and performance.
The role requires 12–15+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years in senior leadership, and a track record of capital projects, scaling, and food-safety
