Job description
HealthPartners is hiring a Primary Care Clinic Medical Director to lead the Amery Hospital & Clinic with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient access. The role demands board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine and a combined clinical/admin schedule, totaling at least 0.8 FTE.
You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and uphold HealthPartners’ mission. You will collaborate with clinic leadership to sustain priority initiatives, improve outcomes, and mentor physicians and APCs
