Job description
Rising Sun Center for Opportunity seeks a Chief Program Officer to lead workforce development programs at the intersection of climate justice, economic mobility, and racial equity. This executive role reports to the President and CEO and guides program strategy, systems, and growth.
The CPO will build collaborative partnerships with staff, participants, and community partners, steward equity-centered outcomes, and position Rising Sun for the next phase of funding and impact.
