Job description
The Wallace Foundation seeks a strategic, collaborative Chief Program and Policy Officer to lead grantmaking, research, and policy initiatives that advance economic mobility and strengthen partnerships across arts, youth development, education leadership, and research.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the CPPO will translate strategic direction into effective programs, evaluate impact, and ensure alignment with the Foundation's vision. This role is based in New York.
