Job description
Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Chief of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine to lead clinical, strategic, and operational activities. The role oversees a 20-bed ICU, on-site sleep center, and cross-divisional initiatives, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The Chief will partner with Mass General Brigham leaders, drive quality and education programs, and guide a diverse, high-performing team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
