Job description
Fluidstack is seeking a senior PV cell engineering leader to own the technology roadmap for its next generation silicon cells (TOPCon, HJT, or back-contact). You will defend an efficiency and cost trajectory to a CEO and fab partners, and direct the loss-analysis framework across recombination, optical, and resistive losses.
You'll oversee pilot line partnerships and the technology transfer path from pilot to production, ensuring procurement specs align with future production and supplier
