Job description
CompoSecure is seeking a Vice President of Quality, Compliance & Facilities to lead QA, QC, regulatory compliance, security, and facilities across a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will own quality systems, drive CAPA, manage audits, and ensure safety and regulatory conformance while reporting KPIs to executives.
The role requires deep expertise in ISO standards, Six Sigma/Lean, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of robust metrics and continuous improvement.
