University of Washington is seeking a Chief Quality Officer (CQO) for UW Medicine in Seattle, WA. This physician leader will guide enterprise-wide quality and patient safety initiatives across UW Medicine’s hospitals, ambulatory practices, and affiliated partners.
The CQO will shape a unified quality culture, advance reliability and clinical effectiveness, and collaborate with frontline teams to drive the quadruple aim. Strong leadership and strategic vision are essential for this critical role.
