Job description
Xcimer Energy, based in Denver, CO, seeks a Head of Quality to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will drive product integrity, process robustness, and supplier quality across the organization in a data-driven, metrics-focused culture.
You will build and lead a high-performing quality organization, partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, and ensure quality requirements are integrated into change control
