Job description
NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi is seeking a Chief Quality Officer to lead Quality, Patient Safety, and related risk activities across Jacobi and North Central Bronx facilities. You will drive strategy, education, and performance improvement in a large urban health system.
The role collaborates with PAGNY and the Medical Director's office, aligns dashboards with system pillars, and oversees accreditation readiness. Minimum 5 years' experience and a master’s degree are required.
