Aker is seeking an accomplished acquisitions leader in New York City to guide multifamily deals from LOI to close, building and directing a growing acquisitions team. The role emphasizes founder-originated transactions, scalable origination, and strong relationships with lenders, equity partners, and brokers.
You will join an active pipeline and an execution-focused team, with opportunities for leadership expansion and eventual ownership as the business scales through 2027.
