Job description
Oliver James Associates Ltd. is partnering with a high-growth US Healthcare Risk Platform to recruit a Head of Reinsurance to build and scale its reinsurance and medical stop-loss offering across the Value-Based Care marketplace.
The role will oversee development, structuring and placement of reinsurance solutions for risk-bearing healthcare organizations, with a focus on ACOs and CMS models such as LEAD, reporting to the CEO and shaping strategy as the business scales.
