MissionHires is seeking a President of Sales and Marketing to join a leading residential home construction company in South Carolina. This role involves overseeing sales strategy to maximize ROI, supervising team members, and reporting directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in homebuilding, a strong record of sales leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth. The position offers a competitive base salary of $200,000 – $225,000, plus performance pay, allowances, and a robust benefits package.
