About the Role

As Chief Revenue & Growth Officer, you will lead GENYOUth's enterprise revenue strategy and be responsible for building diversified, sustainable revenue growth as the organization enters its next phase of scale and impact.

Cultivate and expand relationships with Fortune 1000 companies, consumer brands, professional sports organizations, foundations, and other high-value strategic partners.

Work closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership to develop and execute GENYOUth's 2029 revenue roadmap.

Identify and develop opportunities to grow revenue through Taste of the NFL, Taste of the Draft, and other national platforms.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing revenue team with clear goals, forecasting, performance metrics, and accountability.

Translate GENYOUth's mission, organizational impact, research, youth voice, programs, and brand into compelling investment propositions.

Develop diversified revenue streams that support sustainable organizational growth.

Strengthen strategic partnerships and expand existing relationships into larger and longer-term commitments.

Establish disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance practices.

Partner with senior leadership and the Board on high-level relationship development, negotiations, and revenue strategy.

Help position GENYOUth for continued national growth, increased impact, and long-term financial sustainability.

Requirements

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation, corporate partnerships, business development, fundraising, sponsorships, strategic philanthropy, or a related field.

Significant demonstrated revenue growth experience, including securing and expanding seven-figure partnerships and diversified revenue portfolios.

Experience developing multiple revenue channels and securing multi-year and renewable commitments.

Strong executive-level relationship development skills with CEOs, Boards, senior decision-makers, corporate partners, foundations, and other stakeholders.

Proven experience negotiating, closing, and expanding significant partnerships.

Exceptional executive communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to connect organizational mission and impact with compelling investment and partnership opportunities.

Experience working in a complex, relationship-driven environment with multiple revenue channels.

What We Offer

Competitive salary of $175,000+, based on experience.

Fully remote work environment with New York City, Washington, DC, or Chicago preferred.

Executive-level opportunity to shape the next phase of revenue growth for a nationally recognized youth-focused nonprofit.
